How CaveTech handles account, workspace, operational and connected integration data.

CaveTech stores the account information required to authenticate users, maintain product access, manage subscriptions, and operate the dashboards and in-world services tied to each licensed product.

For EventSale and other CaveTech products, operational data may include workspace configuration, creator submissions, gallery metadata, product activity, licensing state, payment records, support records, and integration settings required to deliver the service.

When a customer connects third-party services such as Facebook, Discord, or other publishing destinations, CaveTech stores only the configuration and access data needed to perform the customer-requested action, such as publishing gallery posts, sending notifications, validating a connected page, or recording delivery history. Access tokens and integration credentials are treated as operational secrets and are not displayed back to users after saving.

CaveTech does not sell personal information. Data is used to run the platform, provide support, improve reliability, investigate incidents, prevent abuse, and complete customer-requested publishing or automation workflows.

Customers may request clarification, correction, export, or removal of account-specific data through the official CaveTech support channel associated with their account. Some records, such as payment, audit, security, and operational logs, may be retained when required for fraud prevention, accounting, service integrity, or legal compliance.
